Natalia Ivanova is the founder and director of Art Agency Reframed, an off-market relational agency space in Chinatown, New York City, and co-founder of the art collective Dadais Americanus. Her practice spans curation, cultural strategy, art market consulting, writing, and performance. Prior leadership roles include Redhouse Arts Center (Syracuse), Pro Arts Gallery (Oakland), and Flux Digital Art Space (New York). Her work with Dadais Americanus on commons-based intellectual property and the Teaching Institute for Art & Law initiated one of the first art commons initiatives on the West Coast in 2018. Her curatorial history includes The New Situationists (2018), The Post-Capitalism Festival (2018), and a year-long fellowship in Berlin (2023–2024). She is the author of Reframing the Value of Art and Fair Labor in the Context of a Sharing Economy and co-author with Marc Herbst of The Commons: of Friends & Lovers.

Dadais Americanus is a constellation of artists operating at the intersection of art, law, and economy. Their work advances a structural and poetic reframing of authorship, ownership, and

value through collective actions that occupy intellectual territory to spark new connections between artist, institution, and audience. Central to the collective's practice is the PPAC Art License, an alternative licensing framework integrating commoning principles, moral clauses,

and relational provisions into copyright agreements: an instrument that enables artists to encode ethical commitments directly into the circulation of their work.
